To enrich employees’ lives, enhance their collaborative skills, strengthen their sense of responsibility and mission, and boost the company’s cohesion, as well as to reinforce bank-enterprise cooperation and foster friendship between the two sides, the company organized an autumn-winter bank-enterprise networking event on November 29, 2020, taking employees and representatives from the Nanchang Jiulonghu Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China to the Feiran Ecological Park in Anyi County, Nanchang.

During the concurrently conducted team-building experiences, team members worked together in seamless coordination to overcome a series of challenging tasks. After each activity, everyone shared the joy of success and the excitement of facing new challenges, fully experiencing the importance of team trust, effective communication, empathy, rational organization, leadership, execution capability, and collaborative teamwork.

Event Summary
This winter team-building activity received unanimous praise from employees on both sides.
