The company’s Chairman Xie Youhong, along with senior executives, managers from subsidiary companies, award-winning employees, team representatives, and all staff from the headquarters, attended the event. To strengthen Party discipline education and enhance employees’ awareness of integrity and self-discipline as well as their sense of responsibility to abide by laws and regulations, we are deeply and effectively advancing Party discipline education. At the same time, in active implementation of the Group’s requirements for building a culture of integrity under the “Clear Breeze Initiative,” on June 21, all Party members and employees of the Feishang Forestry Products Co., Ltd. Party branch visited the Nanchang Museum of Integrity Culture to gain exposure to and be inspired by the spirit of integrity and undergo a profound ideological cleansing.
This June marks the 23rd National “Safety Production Month.” Jiangxi Feishang Forest Products Co., Ltd. has closely adhered to the campaign theme—“Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond in Emergencies—Keep Life Paths Clear”—and, based on actual conditions, has launched a series of company-wide activities aimed at further enhancing employees’ safety awareness, improving their ability to avoid risks and escape emergencies, fostering a positive atmosphere where everyone “talks safety, understands safety, and knows how to stay safe,” and effectively implementing all safety production tasks.

To celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, further deepen the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, and better leverage the leading role of Party building in driving corporate development and boosting the vitality of the company’s Party branch, as well as to motivate employees’ work enthusiasm, enhance their morale, and promote the company’s corporate spirit ahead of the upcoming new production season, on June 29, the company’s Party branch organized all its Party members, prospective Party members, senior executives, outstanding employees, and managers from various subsidiary companies and functional departments to visit the Fang Zhimin Memorial Hall and Fang Zhimin’s former residence in Yiyang County, Shangrao City, for a themed Party Day activity.
Outside the Fang Zhimin Memorial Hall, under the lead of Zhang Fang, the Party branch secretary, all Party members stood solemnly in the blazing sun, holding up their right hands, and renewed their入党 oath. They expressed their boundless loyalty to the Party and their firm determination to always follow the Party, constantly reminding themselves of their Party membership and keeping the Party oath firmly in mind—never forgetting their original aspirations and staying true to their mission.

To put into practice the Group’s principles of “strict economy, frugality in business operations, and streamlining for efficiency,” on the afternoon of May 27, Jiangxi Feishang Forest Products Co., Ltd. held a “2022 Outstanding Employees Recognition Ceremony and 2023 Responsibility Agreement Signing Ceremony” in its conference room. The event was simple yet full of ceremony. Chairman Xie Youhong, accompanied by senior executives, managers from subsidiary companies, award-winning employees, and all staff from the headquarters, attended the ceremony, which was chaired by Tan Fenfen from the Human Resources and Administration Department. Time flies like a song; the year 2022—the Year of Renyin—was an exceptionally memorable one. Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, Feishang Forest Products’ headquarters and its subsidiaries experienced sudden production halts, inability to sell products, and lockdowns that prevented employees from working and living normally, posing an unprecedentedly severe blow to production and operations. It was precisely under such challenging circumstances that all employees of Jiangxi Feishang Forest Products Co., Ltd., united as one, displayed unprecedented determination, resilience, and courage. Under the wise leadership of Chairman Xie Youhong, they seized every moment, fought tenaciously, and successfully navigated through the extremely difficult year of 2022. In the course of battling these difficulties, a group of outstanding employees emerged—pragmatic, hardworking, dedicated to their posts, and exemplary leaders. This ceremony aimed to recognize these outstanding individuals, set role models, boost employee morale, and lay a solid foundation for achieving even greater success in 2023. The ceremony kicked off with a chorus of Feishang’s signature song, “Flying Over,” whose soaring and inspiring voices echoed hope and invigorated spirits.

In the vibrant month of March, brimming with life and energy, and as International Women’s Day—the “March 8” festival—approaches, our company has specially organized a festive event on the afternoon of March 8, guided by the Party branch, to inspire female employees’ enthusiasm for work and let them feel the warmth of our company’s big family. First, everyone listened to President Xi Jinping’s festive greetings to women comrades. Hearing President Xi’s heartfelt congratulations filled everyone with a deep sense of warmth. Afterwards, we learned about the origins of International Women’s Day and watched stories of heroic women—from Huang Wenshu, the young village party secretary, to Wang Shihua, who has devoted 32 years to guarding an island. These women have dedicated their youth and even their lives to the development of our country and society. Their stories are deeply moving, often bringing tears to our eyes and inspiring us all to move forward with renewed vigor. All the employees present expressed their determination to learn from these remarkable women, embracing their spirit of courage and resilience, and committing themselves more fully and positively to their work. At the event, the HR department also presented each female employee with exquisite holiday gifts. In the afternoon, the HR department took all the female employees to a strawberry farm for strawberry-picking activities. While savoring the delicious strawberries, everyone was able to relax both physically and mentally. The entire celebration was rich and fulfilling. In this new era, for new women, on a new journey—let us take the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as our guiding principle, press ahead with determination and courage, and forge ahead with unwavering resolve.

“A year’s plan starts in spring; the momentum at the outset reflects our spirit.” On January 29, Jiangxi Feishang Forest Products Co., Ltd. welcomed its first workday of the Year of the Rabbit. All employees were fully prepared and brimming with energy. To further encourage everyone to devote themselves to their work with enthusiasm, high spirits, and a positive attitude, the company headquarters held a New Year symposium on the afternoon of January 29. The meeting was themed “Striving Vigorously Toward the Future.” Xie Youhong, Chairman of the Board, senior executives, and all employees from the headquarters attended the symposium, which was chaired by Chen Siqing, Assistant to the General Manager. The symposium was relaxed, lively, and full of energy.

Feishang Forestry Products’ 2022 Safety Production Month—Series of Events Coverage
Right now, as we enter December—the busiest month for production at all our subsidiaries and a period when COVID-19 infections are surging—each subsidiary is taking the Safety Month campaign as an opportunity to kick off a vigorous wave of safe production efforts. All subsidiaries are enthusiastically carrying out various activities aimed at enhancing workplace safety.
Taihe Company organized a session for everyone to study “Key Points for Enterprise Safe Production” and laid out specific tasks for implementation. After the meeting, the company arranged for everyone to take part in a forest fire prevention training and examination.

After the company entered the production season in 2022, it was severely impacted by prolonged and recurring COVID-19 outbreaks in Taihe County, Ji'an, Xiayu County, and other regions, as well as the sustained high temperatures and drought conditions across the province since July. Faced with these challenges, all employees of Feishang Forestry Products, under the leadership of the company’s Chairman Xie Youhong, united as one, worked together in solidarity, and comprehensively coordinated and deployed efforts to control the epidemic and carry out production and operations in the new situation.
