“Five Small Achievements” Spark Innovative Vitality

To encourage all employees of the company to actively promote technological advancement, fully mobilize their enthusiasm for technological innovation and independent innovation, and achieve the goals of boosting production capacity, strengthening processes, and reducing costs, the company has specially established innovation awards such as the “Five Smalls” Achievement Award, the “New Products, New Processes, New Technologies, New Equipment” Award, and the “Promotion and Application of New Technologies” Award. These awards are designed to encourage more employees to participate and spark greater innovative vitality.
The recipients of the “Five Small” Achievement Award for the first half of 2022 are as follows:

To promptly recognize the award winners and underscore the company’s commitment to innovation awards, on November 2, company executives including Chen Siqing and Lu Ruiyao, Manager of the Production, Technology, Safety, and Environmental Protection Department, visited various subsidiary companies to present the awards in person. The winning employees received certificates of honor and were each awarded cash bonuses.

We hope that the employees who have been recognized will remain humble and down-to-earth, keep up their efforts, and further carry forward the spirit of hard work, striving for excellence, and pioneering innovation, thus achieving even greater accomplishments in their respective positions. On the vibrant and passionate day of June 23, Jiangxi Feishang Forest Products Co., Ltd. solemnly held the “2023 Outstanding Employees Recognition Ceremony and 2024 Responsibility Agreement Signing Ceremony” at the Zhongshun Building in Nanchang.
