　　To enhance safety awareness, enrich safety knowledge, further strengthen the company’s fire safety efforts, and boost employees’ fire safety consciousness, in accordance with the guiding principle of “safety first, prevention-oriented, and comprehensive management,” we aim to improve employees’ self-rescue and prevention capabilities. This will ensure that, in the event of a fire or fire alarm, employees can remain calm under pressure, correctly use fire extinguishers, safeguard their own lives, and effectively promote and implement the company’s safe production practices. On January 15, the Human Resources and Administration Department of Feishang Forestry Products organized a special safety training session and a fire-fighting drill for all employees at the headquarters.

　　First, Tan Fenfen, Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department, conducted office safety training for all colleagues at headquarters. Afterwards, Instructor Peng from the National Security Fire Department explained how to respond to emergencies such as fires and demonstrated the proper use of fire extinguishers. After observing and learning on-site, the employees present eagerly took part in hands-on practice, personally experiencing how to use fire extinguishers.

　　After learning, all employees of the company unanimously recognized that safety work cannot be limited to merely watching promotional videos. We must firmly establish the guiding principle of “life first, safe development.” In all aspects of production and daily life, we must always pay close attention to safety, strengthen safety precautions, and integrate the safety mindset of “it’s okay to expect the best, but prepare for the worst” into every facet of the company’s production and business operations.
