Ann. Summary Report on the Safety Production Month Activities of Jiangxi Feishang Forest Products Co., Ltd. All
At the start of the new year, in accordance with the guiding principle from the December 2020 Work Conference on Safe Production—that "safe production must always be given top priority in all our work"—the Safety and Environmental Protection Department closely focused on the theme of "eliminating potential accident hazards and solidifying the safety defense line," and organized a variety of "Safe Production Month" activities across the entire Feishang Forestry Products Company in Jiangxi Province during January 2021.
This year’s “Safety Production Month” event has received high-level attention from the company’s leadership. Xie Youhong, Chairman of the company, personally served as the leader of the Safety Month Leading Group, deploying and participating in on-site activities at several subsidiary companies. During these activities, he issued important instructions: “We must always place safety production work at the top of our priorities and go all out to ensure its effective implementation.” He also urged all subsidiaries and relevant departments to intensify their efforts in safety production, truly stepping up their vigilance, getting fully engaged, and taking immediate action. They were instructed to implement safety measures meticulously, without delay or reliance on others, and with high quality and efficiency, thereby ensuring the comprehensive achievement of safety production goals and tasks. This event was carefully planned and effectively organized, significantly enhancing the safety awareness of all employees across the company and promoting the stable development of the company’s safety production situation.

Adopt multiple measures to ensure the "Safe Production Month" activities are carried out effectively.
1. Create an atmosphere and actively promote it.
To ensure the smooth implementation of the “Safe Production Month” activities, the safety team has carried out extensive publicity efforts by setting up various promotional banners and creating a safe and secure atmosphere. The team has employed multiple methods—including issuing documents, delivering speeches at meetings, and organizing employees to watch safety education and warning videos—to raise awareness. These efforts have sparked enthusiasm among employees from all subsidiaries, encouraging them to actively participate in the Safe Production Month activities, thereby promoting the dissemination of safety knowledge and ensuring that safe production truly takes root in everyone’s heart. This proactive approach helps eliminate various safety hazards and effectively prevent unsafe human behaviors.

2. Focus on safety and promote safety through education.
During the campaign, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of the Technical Equipment Division collected and prepared practical teaching materials, organized safety knowledge training sessions for each subsidiary company, and conducted examinations on the learned content. All participants from the subsidiary companies actively took the exams, and ultimately, Xiajiang Company achieved the highest overall pass rate and average score. This training and examination activity provided a comprehensive assessment of employees’ grasp of safety knowledge and fostered a positive learning environment.

3. Emphasize practical training and organize drills.
In addition to strengthening the study of theoretical knowledge, in accordance with the requirements of the Safety Month plan, each subsidiary company has prepared emergency response drill plans tailored to its own specific circumstances and carried out corresponding emergency drills. Through these drills, we have focused on enhancing employees’ ability to handle emergencies and improving their overall safety awareness, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s future safe production efforts.

4. Focus on key areas and thoroughly carry out the identification and remediation of potential hazards.
The Technical Equipment and Environmental Protection Department conducted an in-depth, comprehensive safety inspection focusing on critical links at the production site. The inspection placed particular emphasis on identifying unsafe conditions of equipment and unsafe behaviors of personnel. As a result, 38 potential hazards were discovered and promptly and effectively addressed, thereby resolving practical issues in safety management. The leading group adopted the “Five-Point Determination” principle—designating specific persons responsible for rectification, specifying concrete corrective measures, setting deadlines for completion, appointing individuals to carry out the rectification, and assigning inspectors to verify completion—to ensure thorough implementation of corrective actions. The hazard identification efforts were carried out with the approach of “covering every horizontal aspect and reaching every vertical depth without leaving any blind spots,” integrating hazard identification into the entire process of safe production and ensuring that this work permeated every single area. These efforts significantly strengthened the company’s safety foundation and provided strong support for the solid implementation of the “Safety Month” activities.

5. Develop a plan and strengthen on-site management.
(1) Building on this Safety Production Month campaign, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department will develop a safety management work plan for the first half of this year, comprehensively strengthening safety management during the first half of 2021 and ensuring safe and normal operations at the production site.
(2) Regularly and thoroughly carry out hazard identification and investigation, with particular emphasis on critical and hazardous links. Implement process-based safety supervision and strengthen safety inspections to effectively identify and manage safety risks from the very source.
(3) Comprehensively strengthen safety education and training efforts, further enhance workers’ safety awareness, and implement targeted safety technical training and inspections for positions with higher risks, thereby ensuring safe production on-site.
The 2021 “Safe Production Month” campaign has concluded successfully, achieving its intended objectives. The Safety and Environmental Protection Department will continue to consolidate the gains made, refine our working approaches, and thoroughly implement the company’s procedures, safety guidelines, and various rules and regulations. We will remain committed to the principle of “safety first, people-oriented,” and, guided by the theme of “eliminating potential hazards and strengthening the safety defense line,” further enhance safety management, rigorously enforce established systems, pay close attention to detailed management, and carry out comprehensive safety awareness education for all employees involved in production, processing, and management. This will help foster a positive safety culture and support the company’s steady growth in production and operations.
