　　From January 20 to 22, 2021, Jiangxi Feishang Forest Products Co., Ltd. held its 2020 year-end performance review meeting in the headquarters conference room. Xie Youhong, Chairman of the company; Zou Dongshui, Chief Financial Officer; and Wu Deshun, Assistant to the General Manager, attended the meeting and served as judges. Peng Haiyan, Senior Performance Manager of the Group’s Strategic Management Department, participated throughout the entire year-end performance review meeting. A total of 24 managers from the headquarters and subsidiary companies attended the meeting and delivered their performance reports.


　　During the meeting, representatives from the subsidiary companies and headquarters took turns presenting their reports. Each presenter was well-prepared and delivered comprehensive, objective, and in-depth reports covering the achievement of 2020 goals as well as the 2021 work plans. After all departments had completed their presentations, Chairman Xie Youhong summarized the session: “This reporting exercise is not merely a simple verbal update; more importantly, it’s an opportunity to look back on the entire year’s work and to evaluate oneself over the past year. In the course of our work, we must continuously reflect on our experiences, learn from them, and keep growing.”


　　Finally, Chairman Xie expressed his recognition and gratitude for the hard work and achievements of each subsidiary company and department, and offered constructive feedback and guidance on areas needing improvement. At the same time, he conveyed his earnest hopes to all those who delivered their reports, urging everyone—especially during this special period marked by the COVID-19 pandemic—to continue upholding the spirit of hard work and sincere unity. With clearer minds, greater fighting spirit, more vigorous energy, and abundant enthusiasm, we must press forward toward our established goals for the new year and strive to take our work to an even higher level.
