The Party Branch Activity of the Forestry Products Headquarters on “Promoting Culture and Celebrating Red Classics” Concludes Successfully.

　　On November 5, 2018, Feishang Forestry Products Company organized its Party members to visit and study at the Yan'an Revolutionary Base in Shaanxi Province, carrying out a revolutionary tradition education activity titled “Promoting Culture, Celebrating Red Classics.” From 1935 to 1948, Yan'an served as the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and was the strategic rear base for the Chinese people’s liberation struggle. Over those 13 years, this region witnessed a series of major events, including the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation.

　　In Yan'an, where the autumnal atmosphere is growing stronger, every corner exudes an air of solemnity and simplicity. Party members have successively visited revolutionary historical sites such as Yangjialing and Zao Yuan to engage in study and reflection. At each site, we listened carefully to the guides’ explanations, meticulously examined every exhibit and photograph, searched for traces left by great figures, and delved deeply into understanding the Yan'an Spirit. Although the Yan'an Spirit emerged during a specific historical period, under particular historical conditions and within a unique regional environment, it has transcended temporal and spatial boundaries, possessing an enduring and universal spiritual appeal. During those arduous and extraordinary years of war, it was precisely by drawing upon the Yan'an Spirit that we overcame powerful internal and external enemies, achieved national independence and people’s liberation, and established the People’s Republic of China—a new country where the people are truly masters of their own destiny.

　　During the study and visit, all Party members gained a deeper understanding of the Party’s history and developed a better grasp of the essence and contemporary significance of the Yan'an Spirit. Conducting revolutionary traditional education can further inspire all Party members with a sense of mission and responsibility, and further motivate them to keep their original aspirations firmly in mind.

　　Everyone unanimously agreed that this “Promoting Culture, Celebrating Red Classics” study tour featured a clear theme and rich content. Not only did it provide ideological enlightenment and spiritual purification, but it also further strengthened our love for the Party and our motherland. Moving forward, we will put the Yan'an Spirit into practice in our work, carrying forward the frugal, modest, and simple lifestyle of the older generation of Communists, as well as their hardworking, uncomplaining, and courageous attitude toward taking responsibility. We will use scientific approaches to tackle all kinds of challenges we encounter on our journey ahead, contributing to the soaring development of Feishang Forestry Products and making new contributions to the growth of Perfect Company.
