　　Starting from the first half of 2018, various subsidiaries of Jiangxi Feishang Forestry Products have launched new construction projects and technological upgrade initiatives. The technological upgrade projects primarily involve upgrading and retrofitting boilers and production equipment, while the new construction projects include building new rosin pools and renovating existing facilities such as warehouses. The implementation of these technological upgrade projects has not only ensured the normal operation of equipment but also improved work efficiency.

　　Boiler retrofitting enhances environmental protection and efficiency. With societal development, environmental protection has become increasingly important. In response to Yingxian’s environmental requirements, switching to natural gas offers several advantages: it is more stable, requires fewer supporting facilities, involves lower initial investment, and incurs lower maintenance costs. Replacing the boiler with a natural-gas-fired thermal oil boiler can further improve boiler efficiency by utilizing thermal oil as the heat-transfer medium.

　　Installing equipment in the production workshop boosts output. To expand the production capacity of Xijiang pine resin processing and ensure stable operations at both Xijiang and Taihe, replacing the existing equipment is crucial.

　　A new rosin pool has been constructed to increase storage capacity. To expand the storage capacity for Xijiang rosin and ensure the smooth transportation of Taihe rosin, a new 700-cubic-meter rosin pool has been built. In addition, the installation of steel frameworks for the rosin pool’s canopy and the boiler room is primarily intended to provide shelter from wind and rain, thereby protecting the equipment from damage caused by exposure to the elements and reducing the risk of decreased operational efficiency.

　　The factory building needs renovation and repair to restore its original appearance. Over the years, the building has been left unattended and fallen into disrepair. The roof tiles are severely damaged, causing drafts and leaks; the walls are peeling off, significantly detracting from the factory’s aesthetic appeal. The Administration of Work Safety has repeatedly issued requirements for rectification. To ensure the safety of production equipment and infrastructure, facilitate convenient working conditions, and create a pleasant environment, it is now urgently necessary to renovate and repair the factory building.

　　This technological upgrade project is primarily aimed at expanding the production capacity of Xijiang Company and Anfu Company, meeting the requirements for transporting and processing pine resin from Taihe Company, and eliminating safety hazards caused by the aging and poorly designed factory buildings. Additionally, Jiujiang Company has relocated to the chemical industrial park in response to government directives. The entire project is being carried out strictly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and follows the “three simultaneous” principle. The reconstruction work is being undertaken to high standards, ensuring superior quality and efficiency. Special attention has been paid to environmental protection, energy conservation, safety, and efficiency, with all these aspects carefully coordinated to continuously enhance equipment reliability and safety, modernize outdated and aging equipment, and improve their utilization rates. Not only does this approach fully leverage existing technical expertise and experience, but it also facilitates equipment optimization, boosts efficiency, promotes safe production, reduces production costs, improves working conditions, and protects the environment. As the saying goes, “Sharpening your knife won’t delay your woodcutting.” Timely, decisive, and effective technological upgrades have set the company on a path toward green, environmentally friendly, and sustainable development.
