　　At 9:00 a.m. on April 18, 2018, the 2017 Awards Ceremony of Jiangxi Feishang Forestry Products was solemnly held at the Xingqi Hotel (No. 16 Hubin South Road, Qingshan Lake). Leaders from various companies, leaders from the Group’s headquarters, and employees were invited to attend. Xie Youhong, Chairman of the company, and Wu Yuqing, Vice President of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered important speeches.

　　This awards ceremony is an evaluation and recognition of our company’s performance for the year 2017. To commend outstanding employees and highlight their achievements, after reading out the list of top performers, leaders from Feishang Forestry Products presented these exceptional employees with certificates of honor and cash bonuses. The ceremony, which focused on summarizing the first half of 2017’s accomplishments at Jiangxi Feishang Forestry Products and recognizing outstanding employees, lasted three hours. This awards ceremony served two main purposes: first, to summarize our work experience and explore better working models; second, to acknowledge and celebrate our remarkable achievements over the past year. It provided a comprehensive and detailed review of our 2017 work, honored our outstanding employees, and outlined key priorities and future plans for 2018.

　　The first item on the agenda: The host delivers the opening remarks to officially declare the meeting open. Everyone stands up and sings together the Feishang anthem, “Flying Over.”

　　The second item on the agenda is the award ceremony of this recognition event. After the host reads out the “Decision on the 2017 Annual Excellence Selection,” the names of outstanding individuals, advanced teams, excellent managers, and employees recognized as Group Outstanding Employees are announced one by one. The honor certificates and cash awards are presented by Xu Lixin, Deputy General Manager of Feishang Forestry Products; Zou Dongshui, Chief Financial Officer; Wu Deshun, Deputy General Manager of Feishang Forestry Products; Xie Youhong, Chairman and General Manager of Feishang Forestry Products; and Wu Yuqing, Vice President of Feishang Group, who also pose for a commemorative photo with the awardees. Following that, representatives of the outstanding individuals deliver their remarks.

　　The third item on the agenda: The Chairman of the Board signed the “2018 Responsibility Agreements” with senior executives, heads of various subsidiary companies, and heads of all functional departments.

　　The fourth item on the agenda: Chairman Xie Youhong will deliver a report summarizing 2017 and outlining the plans for 2018.

　　The fifth item on the agenda: a speech delivered by Wu Yuqing, Vice President of the Group.

　　With this, the current awards ceremony has come to a successful conclusion.

　　This is a ceremony honoring dedication and commitment. The outstanding employees became the center of attention, one after another stepping onto the glorious stage to receive certificates of honor and special bonuses from their leaders. They are the company’s most respected individuals—people who have poured their hard work and sweat into the company’s growth. This is a celebration of well-deserved glory: for every bit of effort invested, there is a corresponding reward; we reap not only achievements but also joy. This is the company’s way of recognizing those who have quietly devoted themselves to its success.

　　This conference was not only a reaffirmation of our commitment but also a milestone that marked a significant leap forward. Through this conference, participants gained a systematic understanding of Feishang Forestry’s management model, strengthened internal communication and team cohesion, and enhanced the company’s image and competitiveness. By recognizing outstanding individuals and teams, we successfully boosted the initiative and enthusiasm of all employees. Moreover, by summarizing last year’s overall work and clearly defining new directions for the coming year, we set the stage for 2018 as a year of business innovation and market expansion.
