　　To create a better working environment for all employees, further enhance the company’s on-site management and the level of environmental hygiene in the plant area, promote the professional competence of employees, and establish a positive external image for the company, in late October 2017, the Human Resources and Administration Department conducted a unified inspection and evaluation of each subsidiary company, based on the factory atmosphere and appearance-related documents issued in April, combined with the actual conditions of each subsidiary and the improvement projects reported by them.

　　In this evaluation, Xingtai Chemical took the lead in implementation under the guidance of its unit’s leaders, ensuring that all aspects of factory atmosphere and appearance were effectively put into practice, thereby earning the title of Outstanding Unit in this factory atmosphere and appearance assessment.

　　Since the issuance of the document, each unit has meticulously upgraded and renovated the office areas, living quarters, production zones, and public spaces within its jurisdiction, aligning with the rectification items. This has effectively enhanced the results of the remediation efforts, thoroughly improved the factory’s appearance and overall image, and genuinely showcased Feishang Forestry’s strengths in lean management. It further embodies Feishang’s corporate culture of “mountains” and “water.”
