　　On August 4, the second-quarter 2017 training session for new employees—featuring the theme “Deepen Learning, Enhance Self-Improvement, and Integrate into Feishang”—along with a specialized skills training session for administrative staff from subsidiary companies, was held in the headquarters conference room. A total of 15 employees from various functional departments at headquarters and from subsidiary companies participated in this training.

　　This training session also featured a special guest—Attorney Wan, the company’s legal counsel—as the keynote speaker. During the session, Attorney Wan used clear and easy-to-understand language to explain the labor laws and regulations relevant to daily work, and taught participants how to effectively apply labor law in their daily routines to swiftly resolve various disputes and safeguard employees’ legitimate rights and interests. Participants actively engaged throughout the session, eagerly asking questions, which Attorney Wan answered in detail one by one.
