To help new employees identify with the company’s corporate culture, understand the company’s rules and regulations, enhance their sense of belonging, improve their problem-solving skills, and quickly assume their roles and smoothly begin their work, our company organized a one-and-a-half-day training session for new employees on April 27, 2017, led by the Human Resources and Administration Department. A total of 14 employees from the headquarters participated in this training.

The activity course has also specially invited the CFO, the manager of the Finance Department, and the manager of the Operations Management Department to serve as instructors, sharing with participants insights into work processes, practical techniques, and valuable work experience—providing ample motivation and confidence for those who have already embarked on their “new” lives at Feishang.
This training focused on aspects such as corporate culture, company policies, work processes, and job skills. In addition to the lectures, we also incorporated outdoor interactive activities. These activities not only enabled the new employees to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the company’s corporate culture, institutional policies, and work processes, but also fostered communication among them, broadened their perspectives on work, and strengthened team cohesion.
On the 27th, the morning training session officially kicked off with a welcoming speech by Director Zou from the Finance Department. Afterwards, participants engaged in self-introductions in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, helping them break down barriers and get to know one another better. Next, the Human Resources and Administration Department provided an overview of the company’s corporate culture and internal regulations, covering topics such as attendance management, probation period management, business trip management, and information management procedures. This briefing enabled participants to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s rules and regulations, facilitating the smooth execution of their subsequent work.

In the afternoon, led by Manager Di from the Human Resources and Administration Department, the new employees set off to the shores of Aixi Lake for a 10-kilometer cycling race. Along the way, everyone was highly enthusiastic and showed great care and concern for one another. The event was filled with laughter, warmth, and harmony. During the race, when they came across vast pine forests, the employees didn't forget to ask Tu Menghua, Assistant to the Operations Department Manager, how to distinguish between wetland pines, slash pines, and pitch pines. He patiently explained each type to them one by one. While thoroughly enjoying themselves, the colleagues deeply felt the warmth and care that the company has extended to them, and their confidence and determination to contribute their wisdom and strength to the company’s development were further strengthened.

On the 28th, the half-day training session, led by the Finance Department Manager and the Operations Management Department Manager, provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s financial procedures, work standards, business scope, product areas, and product overviews—from multiple perspectives and progressing from basic to more advanced topics. After the session, everyone engaged in lively discussions and shared their insights, ensuring that the training concluded successfully in an atmosphere of unity, enthusiasm, and forward momentum. We hope that all new employees, through this learning experience, will quickly integrate into their teams, realize their full potential in their respective roles, remain proactive and ambitious, and contribute their energy and expertise to the company’s continued growth and development.
