　　On September 20, Zhu Fengyu, Secretary of the San Du County Party Committee in Guizhou Province, led the county’s four leading officials and relevant personnel from San Du Jiuquan Wine Co., Ltd. to visit the Group’s headquarters. They exchanged views and discussed matters related to cooperation between the two companies and signed a Letter of Intent for Strategic Cooperation and Investment.

　　At the working symposium, participants watched a corporate promotional video and gained an in-depth understanding of the development status of both companies. Mr. Li Feilie, Chairman of the Group, stated that since its establishment in 2000, Feishang Group has invested a total of 26 billion RMB by 2009 to build industrial bases in Guizhou, Jiangxi, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, as well as in Africa and South America. The Group’s core industries include non-ferrous metals and materials processing, coal energy, steel, transportation and logistics, and forestry. Starting from 2009, seizing the opportunities presented by the development of strategic emerging industries and the technological upgrading of traditional industries, Feishang Group began to fully enter high-growth emerging sectors. It has steadily established a foothold in highly promising and rapidly expanding industries such as the high-end healthcare industry, the TMT sector, the bio-industry, the cultural industry, and financial services. Furthermore, the Group has partnered with leading enterprises in these sub-sectors that boast strong competitiveness and innovative capabilities, thereby laying the foundation for Feishang Group’s new pillar industries.

　　Zhu Fengyu pointed out that Feishang Group’s transformation from the secondary to the tertiary industry and its entry into the creative sector have brought development opportunities for both sides. He expressed hope that, as the high-speed road network within Sandu County continues to be accelerated, and leveraging Lipu’s status as a World Natural Heritage site, through cooperation between enterprises on both sides, we can develop tourism towns, water ethnic minority villages, the unique Miao Mao culture, innovative products featuring Ma Wei embroidery, and an endless array of liquor products. By linking these elements with the millennia-old cultural wineries and tourism, we can create Ji Qian—a small tourist town that seamlessly integrates the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, thereby boosting Sandu’s poverty alleviation efforts and actively promoting the listing of Sandu’s distinctive ethnic brands.

　　Subsequently, the two companies signed an agreement on their cooperation.
