Meanwhile, the hardworking members of the Feishang team have faithfully fulfilled their duties, enduring hardships without complaint, and leaving behind one touching story after another in their ordinary daily work—adding layer upon layer of brilliant hues to Feishang’s storied history.

　　As witnesses and firsthand participants in Feishang’s history, we cherish every moment of the past with deep affection and harbor boundless hope for Feishang’s future. Our thoughts are myriad, our spirits high and full of determination—yet we choose to express our feelings with heartfelt prose and sincere words, without any artificiality or deliberate embellishment. 　　I. Purpose of the Essay Contest: To promote Feishang Culture and foster communication and exchange.

　　II. Submission Period: From now until December 31, 2017

　　III. Essay Theme: Feishang People, Feishang Sentiment

　　IV. Submission Requirements

　　1. It features characters, a compelling story, vivid details, and genuine emotions; the characters’ deeds demonstrate advanced qualities.

　　2. Genre is unrestricted; title is self-selected, with a clear theme, concise language, vivid prose, and high readability.

　　3. Submissions can be either individual or group-based, with a word limit of 3,000 words. Authors must be current or retired employees of Feishang.

　　V. Award Categories

　　1 First Prize, with a cash prize of 3,000 yuan;

　　Two second-place winners, each receiving a prize of 2,000 yuan;

　　Three third-place winners, each receiving a prize of 1,000 yuan;

　　10 Excellence Awards, each with a prize of 500 yuan;

　　1 Best Organization Award, with a prize of 2,000 yuan;

　　1 winner for the Most Popular Award, with a prize of 2,000 yuan.

　　VI. Awarding Method

　　1. The “Feishang” editorial team will establish an awards committee to conduct a preliminary selection of submissions. Shortlisted works will be uploaded to the group’s WeChat official account and put to a public vote. Based on a comprehensive assessment of factors such as the number of votes received and the quality of the articles, the winning entries will ultimately be selected.

　　2. Best Organization Award: Awarded to the company with the highest number of contributors or the largest volume of submissions, based on its member enterprises.

　　3. Best Popularity Award: The author of the article receiving the most votes in the group’s WeChat official account poll shall be awarded.

　　4. Winning entries will be selectively published in “Feishang” magazine, and outstanding authors will be invited to become “Special Correspondents” of the “Feishang” editorial team.
