The Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Cangwu County on the development of the Liubao tea industry.

　　On May 11, the Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Cangwu County for the Liu Bao Tea Industry Development (Construction of Liu Bao Characteristic Town) project. Leaders including Li Feilie, Chairman of the Group, and Zhu Xueqing, Mayor of Wuzhou City, attended the signing ceremony.


　　Zhu Xueqing stated that the municipal Party committee and municipal government will fully support the project’s construction, coordinate relevant matters, provide preferential policies, ensure high-quality service and support, and promote collaborative development. He also urged Cangwu County to extend its full support and cooperation, working together with Feishang Group to revitalize Liubao tea, expand and strengthen the Liubao tea industry, preserve and carry forward the rich history and culture of Liubao tea, and transform Liubao Town into a nationally renowned, distinctive tourism town.


　　It is reported that the project plans to invest 3 billion yuan and have a construction period of four years. The key initiatives include developing standardized tea gardens, establishing nursery bases, upgrading tea processing facilities, constructing the Liubao New Area, renovating the old urban district, enhancing the landscape along the ancient Tea Boat Trail, building a Liubao tea storage center, setting up a Liubao tea exhibition and training center, and developing wholesale and retail tea markets—thus fostering the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. Through the “three points and one line” approach—renovating the old urban district, developing the new urban area, and constructing the ancient Tea Boat Trail—the project aims to create a demonstration zone for the integrated development of the primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors. Centered around the “Nation’s Most Beautiful Tea Park” along G355 highway, the project will establish a modern, distinctive agricultural (core) demonstration zone, transforming Liubao Town into a nationally recognized, uniquely themed town characterized by outstanding ecological environment and prominent industrial features.
