Notice on Soliciting Submissions for “Benchmarking Management”
2019-11-05 09:30
Benchmarking is a management approach in which enterprises take leading companies—whether within or outside their industry—as benchmarks, comparing, analyzing, and evaluating themselves against these benchmark companies from various perspectives. By learning from others’ advanced experiences, enterprises can identify and address their own shortcomings, thereby surpassing the benchmark companies and continuously pursuing a virtuous cycle of outstanding performance.
To accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the Group’s traditional industries and further enhance the core competitiveness of its various enterprises, in April 2018, the Group’s headquarters issued the “Notice on Launching Benchmarking Management Activities” targeting certain member enterprises. To comprehensively showcase the progress and implementation of benchmarking efforts within these enterprises, fully highlight the key achievements of benchmarking management activities, and promptly summarize the experiences and outcomes gained from benchmarking, this publication will soon launch a focused series of articles and reports on the Group’s benchmarking management activities, and is soliciting relevant manuscripts or leads.
