　　On the afternoon of September 28, the Group’s Human Resources Department organized the third expert lecture of 2018. This session featured a special lecture on “Corporate Analysis and Diagnosis” delivered by Lai Yongbo, General Manager of the Group’s Investment Management Center. Drawing on both theory and practice, Mr. Lai shared his years of accumulated experience and achievements in corporate analysis and diagnosis. Zhang Xiaoping, Assistant to the Group President, and more than 30 headquarters staff members attended the lecture.

　　Lai Yongbo delivered a theoretical lecture and shared his experience on various aspects, including the fundamental methods and applications of corporate diagnostics, how to conduct health checks on enterprises (identifying problems), how to carry out specialized research (investigating root causes), and how to perform comprehensive analysis and make informed judgments. At the same time, to help employees better analyze and diagnose companies during due diligence and post-investment monitoring, he connected his teachings with practical scenarios and provided systematic explanations based on specific case studies. In the final interactive session, in response to questions raised by the trainees—such as how to quickly gain insight into the industry in which a company being investigated operates and how to effectively communicate with the executive teams of high-tech innovative enterprises—Lai Yongbo shared his own working methods and experiences, engaging in in-depth discussions with the participants. The majority of the participants benefited greatly from these exchanges.
