      To enhance employees’ understanding of compensation management concepts and systems, enabling the company to better develop and optimize its compensation management policies, on May 23, Xie Youhong, Chairman of the company, delivered a lively training session on compensation management to all employees in the conference room. All employees from the company’s headquarters gathered in the conference room, while personnel at or above the level of manager from each subsidiary company participated in the training via video link.

The training session kicked off amid enthusiastic applause from the participants. First, Chairwoman Xie Youhong posed several questions related to salaries and benefits—such as the composition of salary structures, the methods of wage disbursement, salary levels, and company benefits—greatly boosting the enthusiasm of those present. Subsequently, the Chairwoman provided a comprehensive overview of compensation management, covering four key areas: the definition of compensation management, the design of compensation systems, the determination of compensation strategies, and the control of compensation costs. She also conducted a detailed analysis of the company’s current compensation management practices, drawing on real-world examples. Throughout the session, interactive elements such as Q&A sessions, illustrative examples, and problem-solving exercises were seamlessly integrated, making the entire training session both lively and engaging, and effectively combining education with entertainment.

 

       

In addition, the chairman shared a wealth of valuable insights, detailing his career journey in compensation management—from salary practices at state-owned enterprises and government agencies to those at private companies, as well as the current status of compensation integration across all aspects of a company’s operations. He also illustrated these points with specific examples, sharing Xiaomi, Huawei, and JD.com’s compensation management models with the audience.
